My Goals are to provide clients with professional appraisals that comply with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, be educated and understand the methods of research, market analysis, and valuations used, correctly apply the three types of appraisal reports, and finally provide clients with the most accurate cost of property possible.

 

 

 

 

 

 



As a Professional Equine Appraiser I will follow the standard Code of Ethics:

  • I shall achieve and maintain a high level of competence, shall keep myself informed as to all matters involving or affecting equine values, and shall accept only those assignments that I have the necessary background knowledge and qualifications for.

  • No information regarding an appraisal assignment shall be disclosed to any third party without expressed written consent of the client.

 

  • I may express an informal or preliminary opinion regarding the value of equine but only after I have obtained, and given due consideration to, the pertinent facts.

  • All appraisals will be in writing, signed by myself, and shall include the following as a minimum:

  1. Intended Use

  2. Purpose of the Appraisal

  3. Description of Equine

  4. Summary of facts

  5. Conclusion

  6. Statement that I, the appraiser, has no present interest in the said property.

My goal is to provide clients with a professional appraisal report based on true and tried methods of research, market analysis, and valuation tools that are practiced in the professional appraisal industry and to comply with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.
